About Me!

My name is Randy Garita, known online as ReyGGTV! I am currently 22 years old, born and raised in Los Angeles County, California, studying film to one day become a film director in Hollywood! My love for storytelling came about when I was extremely young. Having grown up with Autism for my entire life, I tend to have noticed a lot of the seemingly smaller and more insignificant details that most would not care about, but that I would always watch out for and that very quickly led me into having an explosion of this sense of creativity within me! Animation especially, has always fascinated me all my life because of the idea that someone or some people could just come up with an entirely new world to explore and bring to life has so many potentials to it and is just one of the reasons why I have pursued a career so much into filmmaking and animation! I hope to one day be able to create my own animated series along with my first major feature film!

"Why are you so passionate about the Hilda show?"

When I first discovered Hilda in October 2018, it was at a point in my life where I found myself at my most lost. I recently got kicked out of high school in just the starting months of my freshman year due to me being outside of the district at the time. So there was a period window between going from this to my new high school, and there wasn't much that I could really do in the meantime. I felt like everything had just been taken away from me unfairly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I remembered someone on a Discord server I was in, had mentioned this show. Long story short, I gave it a watch, and it instantly became the thing I knew I wanted to keep talking about. Seeing Hilda also struggle with the idea of being unjustly thrown out of her comfrort zone and forced to have to live in somewhere new she wasn't used to being in, gave me a lot of comfort because I was essentially in the same position as she was.

Hilda is the reason for who I am today and who I want to be for the rest of my life. I want to do something new and different, whilst at the same time have the opportunity to create all new and exciting memories and be able to share them with the world!

My main mission before I eventually leave this Earth is to be known as the guy who truly put myself out there and let my work speak for all of the world to see and remember.

Hilda may not be apart of my journey forever, but she inspired me to do so much more with my life and I truly will never forget that.
